Designed to bring the outdoors in, this studio has floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow the fresh mountain breeze to roll right through and awaken your soul. With picturesque views of the surrounding natural landscape, beautiful wooden floors, and a cozy lounge area complete with herbal water and an assortment of teas, this space is ideal for learning, healing and expanding.

Our studio is fully equipped with a Bose sound system featuring bluetooth capabilities, a projector and screen, as well as bolsters, blocks, straps, meditation cushions, blankets, yoga mats and two aerial silks. Perfect for classes, meditation, seminars, workshops and even films. Flow with the sunrise and sunset, gain a new perspective, and find inspiration.

FLOW SOLO

Studio sessions

Reserve this enchanting space all to yourself or to share with others for your own unique practice. Sessions are available to resort guests in 90 minute increments and include private use of the shala as well as the use of mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, meditation cushions and blankets.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Yoga classes

Private classes with an experienced yoga instructor can be arranged in advance for both resort guests and visitors. This is a great opportunity, whether you are looking for some guidance and a little fun with a class or two, or you are staying with us longer and would like to arrange daily classes to better improve your practice, your health, and your knowledge.

From teachers sharing their love for yoga and fitness with group classes and specialized trainings, to private teaching seminars, to intimate celebrations such as weddings, we welcome your ideas and look forward to helping you host a memorable event in this unique space.
